Omaha, NE – February 24, 2021 – Power 106.9 (KOPW-FM) announced a new on-air lineup today, including the addition of The Breakfast Club, effective Monday, March 1st. The top-rated morning show will join KOPW-FM in the Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. timeslot.
The Breakfast Club stars Charlamagne Tha God, Angela Yee, and DJ Envy. Each morning, fans of The Breakfast Club tune in to hear unrivaled interviews and conversations with celebrities, hip-hop artists and newsmakers, plus entertainment news and fresh music mixes, along with their signature blend of honesty and humor. The Breakfast Club is widely regarded as one of the most informative
and entertaining morning shows today.
Concurrent with the launch of The Breakfast Club, morning host, Chi, will move to 10a-12p, while Tiago Rey is added to the lineup and will host 12p-3p. Midday host, Alyssa, shifts to afternoon drive from 3p-7p, followed by Pretty Chris from 7p-Midnight.
