NRG Media in Waterloo has partnered with Waterloo Schools encouraging community support for families in need this holiday season. This has been a very trying time for many families across the country and Waterloo wanted to do what they could to help children in the local community.
Donations are being accepted in a contactless manner through Friday, December 11 with distribution of the items the following week by Waterloo Schools’ staff and administration. Requested items include new and unwrapped toys, games, books, and basic necessities, such as personal care items and toiletries. “NRG Media cares about the communities we serve. We want to give our listeners an opportunity to help us provide gifts for Waterloo Schools families who have an extra need this year,” said Allyson Hillman, Market Manager.
