Due to COVID-19, Omaha’s annual St. Jude Radiothon, usually held in April, was rescheduled for the week of May 11-15, and moved to a virtual radiothon. Sweet 98.5, Power 106.9, 101.9 The Keg, 1620 The Zone, La Nueva 99.5-FM/1020-AM and News Talk 1290 KOIL combined to raise $24,835 for kids fighting cancer at St. Jude! St. Jude representative Carrie Williams stated, “I am honestly blown away by what your team was able to do for the kids this week. Truly incredible given the circumstances we’re tackling all over the world right now.”
