In Nebraska, there’s always a reason to wear red. Husker sports dominates in Nebraska and the stands at Memorial Stadium are known for the Sea of Red during every home game. During these difficult times, there aren’t any sporting events but wearing red is taking on a new meaning – supporting health care workers and first responders in Nebraska on Fridays. NRG Media – Omaha has partnered with UNMC – Nebraska Medicine to get the word out and support Nebraska’s first responders and health care workers.
